Buyer Intro Meeting and Personal Buyer Profile
At any one time there will be many homes that might meet your general requirements, but only a few that will be a near perfect match on your specific likes. When I begin searching for your new home, it is imperative for me to understand exactly what you want and need. I will be spending many many hours previewing properties to determine if they are what you are looking for.
In conjuction with the Buyer Intro Meeting, I can best do this by having my clients complete a Buyer Profile that tells me the criteria they seek. Please take a moment and complete this form. (Click here or on the Buyer Profile below for a printable copy.) Make any additional notes or comments I need to know, then fax, email scan or mail it back to my attention. When I receive it I will call you to confirm its delivery, and schedule a time convenient for us to meet.
In general, the Buyer Intro Meeting and
Buyer Profile will help us answer the following questions:
