    Craig Nosler is a native of Seattle’s Eastside, and a veteran area Realtor® with over 22 years of industry experience.  The guiding principal of his business reputation and branding is centered around ‘The Golden Rule’.  What would he expect if he was the client, and you were the Real Estate Agent?  Experience.  Clear and consistent communication.  Accessibility.  Honesty.  Accountability.  To be educated throughout, and an informed, empowered partner able to make confident decisions in the process.

    Always focusing on end results—Craig’s ongoing industry training, along with keeping pace of ever-changing technology, innovative marketing, trends and shift, have led Craig to assist hundreds of Sellers and Buyers.

    Craig is a graduate of Central Washington University, obtaining a degree in Mass Communication, Broadcast Journalism, and a minor in Coaching.  His early professional career of nine years of experience in banking retail product sales, and high-level customer service, laid the foundation of how he works today, and made the transition in to real estate seamless.

    Being the first male baby born in Kirkland’s then-newly remodeled Evergreen Hospital is Craig’s self-appointed “15 minutes of fame.”  He supports the Seattle Humane Society, S.O.D.A. (Save Or Dog Areas) of Redmond’s Marymoor off-leash dog park, and The American Cancer Society.  He lives in East Bellevue, and in his spare time enjoys golf, hiking, music, including playing guitar, and enjoying all the Northwest outdoors has to offer with his black lab, Buster.  His easy-going approach, while maintaining a hard work ethic, professional standards and expectations, regularly results in his clients sending their friends and family to him, because they know he will put their best interest first.
