I lived in Southern California and Craig was recommended by my son, a resident of Renton, WA. I had high expectations for Craig because of my son's recommendation but Craig exceeded them. Our relationship began with Craig screening houses and providing details via the internet. When I came to Washington to view houses, I only visited those that already met my requirements. From the beginning I could tell that Craig was honest, trustworthy and I loved that he made it very clear that his goal was to find me a home that I loved AND at the right price. It took a while for us to find my place due to the market, however he stuck with me and made sure to stay true to his word up until the end. His vast knowledge in all local areas we looked in is very impressive, he's an expert in all processes involved with buying a home and is very responsive when anything is needed of him.
